Mara bronze drawn fettuccine is a high quality product. The bronze die, in fact, makes them slightly ‘rough’, allowing the sauces to adhere better. This type of pasta is obtained by rolling and through a slow and gradual process at low temperature of mixing made up of selected durum wheat semolina and water.
